    I am very aggravated that our Local Association (Realtor Association of Indian River County) does not allow a data feed from our MLS to RPR. Several times over the last few years, I have requested the data feed to no avail. I have copied All the Directors, MLS Committee and the Association Executive with my requests. Even if I join a contiguous MLS to have access to RPR, which I have done, the RAIRC MLS data does not show up. Any Suggestions?

    Those of us in the Northwest Multiple Listing Association were told recently by another vendor that both our MLS and that in Boston were the most difficult to work with for vendors such as NAR-RPR. I absolutely love your valuations but know that the specificity that could be added to a client report is compromised because of the NWMLS’s refusal to cooperate.

    To the above NAR members. You are not alone. We can not get a data feed from our MLS yet ether. Our MLS Task Force is working on as we speak. I value this tool and am hoping we can use it soon…

    We are in Hawaii with 4 Boards different Islands and two use RPR successfully.

    Wonderful service! Easy to use with loads odd information and impressive formatting on the reports. Excellent product. I would like some fiance on the investor tool, though.

    It was a ‘no brainer’ for our small association to come on board with RPR. Our issue was just waiting for our Assessment Office to update its system to go online. We have been live for two years now and RPR is a great tool for those of us who choose to use it.

    Easy to use with a major flaw. Any adjustments made on comparable properties are added together instead of averaging and subsequently adjusts the subject by a multiple instead by the average. If for expl. your subject has no pool and two of your comps do, you would adjust each comp let’s say by $15k. RPR will ad all adjustmens together and in this case will adjust the subject by a whooping $30k. I brought that to RPR’s customer support attention and as a result was told not to use RPR if I don’t like it. Way to go RPR.
