RPR View™ Provides Data-Sharing Solution for 3 Colorado MLSs

In a move reflective of a recent trend in real estate, three Colorado multiple listing services are teaming up to share their data through RPR® (Realtors Property Resource®).

REcolorado®, Information and Real Estate Services®, LLC, (IRES) and Pikes Peak REALTOR® Services Corp. (PPRSC), will now share active, pending, withdrawn, expired, and closed listings with more than 35,000 REALTORS® from all three trade organizations.

RPR will facilitate the information share via RPR View™, which allows MLSs to choose which statuses to share for on- and off-market listings, and with whom. “RPR View™ allows Brokers to engage a wider audience for their listings,” said Jeff Young, RPR chief operating officer and general manager. “It’s particularly helpful for REALTORS® practicing in contiguous markets or among MLSs with reciprocal agreements… and it’s offered at no cost.”

IRES Chief Executive Officer Lauren Hansen says the collaborative data share agreement will yield multiple benefits. “RPR View™ offers a quick solution to sharing listing information for overlapping markets. We are delighted to be able to make this available to brokers all along the Front Range.”

The three MLSs operate within Colorado’s Front Range and Front Range Urban Corridor—a region located along the eastern face of the Southern Rocky Mountains.
