Upload your profile and logo if it hasn’t been done yet
Find “Share Contact Information” link
Explore and update your User Settings
Review the My Work, Market Trends and Reports tabs on the bottom of the home screen

Property Search on the Mobile App

Enter an address or an owners name to search
Analyze the subject property: Satellite views, historical and school data
Review the property details paged, mortgage calculator, and listing information
Create a Seller's Report, Property Report, Neighborhood Report, Market Activity Report or a School Report

Property Search on the Mobile App Complete(Required)

I have researched an off-market property and generated one of the reports noted above for a Seller.

Create a CMA on RPR Mobile™

From a selected off-market property tap Reports at the bottom right of the property details page. Select Add Report and select Create CMA and review the 5 step CMA process

Pick Report, Property Facts, Add Comps, Confirm Comps and Report Delivery

Make changes if needed and confirm the property facts
Search for comparable properties -> apply filters that represent your subject property
Select Apply and tap List View on the bottom right of the map view
*Note you can also select the More option or Draw option on your map view to expand your search options
Analyze the comparable properties and add the properties that belong in the CMA
Rate the comparable properties using the slider bar (Worse, Same, Better) and Add Notes
Select Next and choose your delivery options and select Run Report
