Ray Gronowski entered the real estate business 27 years ago when he joined Coldwell Banker Residential Affiliates as a market analyst. During that period Ray was involved in the sale of new franchisees, mergers/acquisitions and selling off the company –owned assets. He was responsible for over 75 transactions and was awarded the top franchise sales person in 1988 and 1990.
Ray then moved to Prudential Real Estate Affiliates where he spent 18 years in various Senior level roles including National VP of Sales, Sr. VP Business Development/eBusiness, President- Eastern Region. In 2002 Ray began the technology aspect of his career by implementing technology initiatives within the Prudential Network. That role evolved into spearheading the acquisition of eRealty by Prudential Real Estate and implementing a VOW platform within all Prudential companies in the U.S. This also led into negotiating an exclusive contract with Yahoo Real Estate to promote listings nationally. After a very successful period, Ray jumped back into the conventional side of the business as the President of the Eastern Region to run all aspects of the business (Sales & Service) in that half of the country. He also became part of the Executive management team.
In 2009, Ray rejoined the technology ranks with Listingbook, LLC. as a Sr. VP Real Estate Sales & Business Development focusing on expansion of an on-line service that connect agents with their clients through an integrated platform. In 2010, he was recruited to his current role with Realtors Property Resource as the Vice President of Brokerage and Specialty Services. In this role Ray will focus on increasing the knowledge and awareness of all brokers nationally to the benefits of the RPR system along with creating a broker tool set that will improve broker productivity, lower business costs and equip the REALTOR with better statistical information to stay one step ahead of the consumer.
