Share Market Trends via SMS/Text
Our celebrated Market Trend charts can now be shared via SMS/text from the RPR Mobile™ app. Share what is happening in a neighborhood, ZIP code, county, or city with your clients.
Repair, Replacement, and Remodeling Estimates
RPR has partnered with Snaptimate, a provider of accurate, localized cost estimates for repair, replacement, and remodeling projects for single-family residences.
Regionally specific estimates are calculated instantly and, with a free account, can be saved on the Snaptimate site and organized by client. You can also print a PDF report containing the cost estimate with a breakdown of materials and labor costs.
About 50 projects, from exterior painting to kitchen renovation, are free. Additional projects can be accessed in Snaptimate for a $19.99 monthly subscription.
You can access Snaptimate from the Additional Resource section of any residential single-family property.
New Livability™ Index Access
A new access point to the AARP Livability™ Index is now available in the Additional Resources section of the residential Property Information page. This link differs slightly from the existing link, found on the Neighborhood details page, in that it passes an address instead of a ZIP code.
The AARP Livability™ Index scores neighborhoods for key services and amenities that impact quality of life.
Next Gen Reports
New! – Trade Area Template
We have added another commercial template to our new cutting-edge report creation system (currently in its open beta test phase.) The new Trade Area Template helps your clients gain insights into consumer preferences, purchasing behaviors, and demographic data to find the best location for their business.
More Elements
Additional elements have been added to the Buyer and Seller Templates to make all applicable elements available on both reports. Elements that lean toward a buyer or seller are pre-selected in the Customize menu, but you can add or subtract to fit your client’s needs.
