Mailing Labels and CSV Export Monthly Allowance Doubled!
Sheltering in place due to COVID-19? Use this time to develop your client base using our mailing labels/CSV export prospecting feature. RPR has temporarily doubled the number of records that you can print or export to help you get through this difficult time. Each REALTOR® can now export up to 4,000 records each month until June 30, 2020!
Begin by searching an area from the homepage, filter your results, then click the Mailing Labels link on the search results page. For complete instructions, including a video tutorial, see our article How Do I Create Mailing Labels or CSV Export?
In some areas, local regulations prohibit the use of public records data for marketing purposes. For a a list of those areas, see our article Prohibited Areas for Mailing Labels and CSV Export.
Data Updates
Click each link to see our latest data updates
This release includes updates to the housing density, year built, and flood zone map layers. Our heat map overlays present real estate trends and data, using a color scheme to indicate data variations for topics like estimated property value, average sales price, flood zones, and more.
The Flood Zone heat map overlay shows an area’s flood zone designation as determined by the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA).
Expand the residential map by clicking Bigger Map, then select an offering from the Heat Map drop-down menu.
Many neighborhood and residential boundaries have been enhanced or extended with additional coverage. Some of the Metro areas included are located in Los Angeles; Las Vegas; Salt Lake City; Boulder, Colorado; Port St. Lucie, Florida; and Brunswick, New Jersey. This data, provided by Pitney Bowes, is refreshed quarterly.
The quarterly refresh of school data, provided by Niche, includes updates to school ratings and community reviews. We have also updated our school district boundaries, provided quarterly by Pitney Bowes.
The annual Esri data refresh includes more than 1 billion data points including spending data, demographics and lifestyle information! Esri data helps power our commercial market analyses, federal and local Economic Area Reports, and residential neighborhood statistics.
The U.S. Congressional Districts, as well as state senate and legislative districts, have been updated to display new and adjusted districts.
This release updates tenant data for commercial properties to the latest information from SMR Research. Tenant data is displayed on commercial Property Details pages and can be included in Commercial Property Reports. This data, covering more than 9.6 million tenants, is updated quarterly.
This annual refresh updates over 13 million POIs on Commercial and Residential maps. REALTORS® can research neighborhood amenities and businesses when working with both residential buyers and commercial investors. Interactive map pins show each POI’s business name, address, number of employees, sales volume, industry, and building square footage.
Click the POI button on the map to select parks, grocery stores, shopping, daycares, hospitals, restaurants and more.
