Can I search for distressed properties?

Whether you are looking to list a distressed property or help a client purchase one, you can search for distressed properties from the Home page.

  • Enter a location in the search bar, then open the Type/Status filter and choose For Sale or Public Record.

  • Select the filter button (funnel icon) to open more filters. Scroll down to the Current Distressed Status section and choose Pre-foreclosure, Foreclosure, and/or Foreclosed.

  • Enter a time-frame in the fields provided or click the calendar and choose  This Month, Last 30 Days, Last 3 Months, Last 6 Months, or Last 12 Months.

Tip: Choose “For Sale” to see on and off-market (active and closed) MLS listings. Choose Public Record to see properties where the distressed information is coming from public record sources.
