For Brokers: What are Company Custom Pages? (Broker Admin)

Company Custom Pages allow you to upload up to 5 single-page PDF documents (10MB and under) that your agents can choose to include in the front or back of their RPR reports.

Company Custom Pages is one of many resources offered in Broker Tools at no additional cost. Broker Tools, like all of RPR, is a benefit of being a REALTOR®. Learn more about Broker Tools.

Tip: Make sure that your documents are not password protected before uploading or your agents reports may fail.

Step-by-Step Instructions

Step 1

Enroll in RPR Broker Tools

Your company must be enrolled in RPR Broker Tools to get access to Company Custom Pages. Broker/Owners and Managing Brokers can enroll in Broker Tools. (or add Company Custom Pages to their existing Broker Tools account). Once your company is registered, you will receive an email notifying you that you can log in. Follow these instructions once your company is registered.

Once you receive an email notification that your Broker Tools account is ready, log into RPR, then open your Profile Menu and select Broker Tools.

Broker Admin

Select the Broker Admin tab, then click on the link that says Manage Broker Supplied Custom Report Pages

Add

Select Add custom page

Choose

Choose a PDF from your computer files.

Rename

  • Click into the name field to rename your PDF document to something your agents will recognize.
  • To add another PDF document, Select Add another custom page
  • Click the Save button when you are finished.

Your agents can choose whether to include or omit the PDFs that you have uploaded in their RPR reports. They can do so on the Report page, by clicking the plus sign to the right of the report title.

You can add up to 5 single-page PDF documents that are no larger than 10MB.

If a PDF document is password-protected it may not show in an agent’s report.

Have your agents look to see if there is a checkmark next to the custom page in the Report Elements. Click the plus sign next to the report title (under Select a Report), a checkmark should be in the box next to the custom page.
