How do I run a Neighborhood Search?
Click the Research tab from any page of the website, then select Neighborhood Search from the menu. Enter a neighborhood name, city/state, zip code, or county/state in the search bar. Select Exact, Within, or Nearby from the drop-down menu. Click the search button.

Research tab
Click the Research tab from any page of the website, then select Neighborhood Search from the menu.
Search
Enter a neighborhood name, city/state, zip code, or county/state in the search bar.
Select Exact, Within, or Nearby from the drop-down menu.
If you would like, filter by Max Median Est. Value and/or Min. 12 MO. Change in Value
Click the search button
Step 2
Search Results
The search results display a list of neighborhoods, each showing the neighborhood name, followed by information about the neighborhood. You can sort your list by Name, Median Estimated Value, 12 Month Change, or Listing Median Days in RPR.
Summary
Five tabs appear at the top of the page. Click through each tab to see charts and statistics about the housing, people, economics, and quality of life of the neighborhood.
The right panel displays a map, followed by stats on nearby neighborhoods.
Nearby schools and their ratings are listed at the bottom of the right panel.
