Release Notes: April 2022
Our second release of the year delivers a new resource that lets you see into the future! We have also fixed a few bugs, enhanced a few features, and improved performance. Read on to learn more.
ClimateCheck®
RPR has partnered with ClimateCheck® to offer yet another resource to help you evaluate properties for your clients. ClimateCheck® rates a property’s future risk of climate change-related hazards and assigns a rating from 1 to 100, with 100 representing the highest risk. By future, they mean the year 2050 — a period within the lifespan of a 30-year mortgage signed today.
Ratings are displayed in a snapshot of the five hazards rated; Drought, Fire, Storm, Heat, and Flood. Ratings are available for on and off-market residential and commercial properties. Click the ClimateCheck® Connect button on the Property Details page, to see what future risks a new owner may encounter.
The ClimateCheck® snapshot does not appear in RPR reports, but ClimateCheck® does offer a report on its website. Click the “Get your FREE full report” button below the snapshot to learn how to make property improvements to prepare against the risks.
See our article What is ClimateCheck®? for more details.
Sub-navigation Bar
We have updated and relocated the sub-navigation bar to make it more visible and to prepare for future enhancements. The content within the tabs has not changed. Keep an eye out for future improvements to this feature!
Price to Estimated Value %
We have tweaked the Price to Estimated Value % feature that was added in our last release. Now when a search is run using the Price to Estimated Value % filter, the system will now automatically select “Price/Est. Value %” (high-low) as the sort option.
To search for properties that have a List Price or Closed Price that is below or above the property’s estimated value (RVM or AVM), begin by entering an area in the search bar, then choose For Sale (active and/or closed), Next, open the advanced filters and find the Price section, then choose a percent range(s).
NRDS ID Now NAR Member ID
The National Associaton of REALTORS® (NAR) has updated some of the terms used to identify and manage its members. With this release, we have changed NRDS ID to NAR Member ID within the account creation process and Profile page.

Housing Report Enhancements
The Housing Report is now available on a more granular level (county, state senate, and state assembly). We have also changed the label for the metrics, for the local state and assembly reports, from Senate and Assembly to District.
The Housing Report, a joint project with NAR Advocacy, highlights residential housing market metrics in a state or a congressional district. State association staff and NAR staff leverage the Housing Report when performing advocacy activities with state and federal legislators.
