What’s New in RPR?

The Equity Calculator is now offered on the website, and a designated Commercial Trade Area search provides an easy path to data that helps your clients find the best place to locate a business. We have also added a residential Property Flyer template to our Next Gen Report series. Read on to learn the details!

Equity Calculator

Our Equity Calculator has been added to the website so you can easily calculate the equity in your client’s property. The Equity Calculator can be accessed on any residential Property Details page from the My Updates tab or the Pricing Tools section.

Create a one-page report or include it in one of  the reports below:

  • Stand-Alone One Page Report

  • Legacy Property Report 

  • Legacy Mini Property Report 

  • Legacy Sellers Report 

Next Gen Reports

New! – Property Flyer Template

We added a Property Flyer Template to our Next Gen report templates series. The Property Flyer is a versatile marketing tool for showcasing a property. It can be shared with buyers and sellers at open houses and property showings, on social media, and more!

Click the Create Report button on the residential Property Details page and select Property Flyer.

  • Choose a Primary photo 

  • Add a map or 3 additional photos at the bottom of the flyer

  • Or remove the Description to add 6 additional photos

  • Choose up to 10 Property Facts

  • Create your own Headline and Price Label 

  • Display the List Price, RVM/AVM, or your CMA or Refined Value result

Customize Menu 

The Customize menu in the Report Editor can be collapsed so that only the Report Preview is displayed, allowing you to focus on previewing your report before sharing or downloading it.

Click the X to hide the Customize menu.

Click the Customize icon to show the Customize menu.

Profile Updates - Next Gen Reports

When you update your RPR Profile with a new agent photo, logo, phone numbers, email addresses, or website URLs, all of your Next Gen reports will update with the new information.

Commercial Trade Area Search

We have made it easy to access our Commercial Trade Area Page to see where customers live and if they are likely to travel to a particular business or business district via demographic data and the area’s top socioeconomic and demographic segments (based on Esri Tapestry data). 

Click “Research” at the top of any page and choose Commercial Trade Area Search, or click within an area on the map and select Trade Area. Access is still available on the Commercial Property Details page also.

To search for a Commercial Trade Area, enter a county, city, ZIP code, or neighborhood in the search bar and click the search button.

We have added a Print option to the Commercial Trade Area page. Now, you can choose from three options: Print (new), Create Report, or Create Script (powered by ChatGPT software). Learn more about the Commercial Trade Area Page. 

Data Updates

  • Esri Annual Update: The annual Esri data refresh includes spending, demographics, and lifestyle information.
    Esri data helps power our Commercial Site Selection tool, federal and local Economic Reports, and residential neighborhood statistics.

  • U.S. Congressional and State Senate and Legislative District Boundaries: The U.S. Congressional and State Senate and Legislative District boundaries and the names of the newest representatives and senators have been updated.

  • Flood Zones: This release updates flood zone data provided by the FEMA Map Service Center. Previously, this data was updated annually, but now it will update twice a year.
