Release Notes: January 2022
We are starting the new year with improvements to help you easily drill down to get exactly what you need. Create mailing labels (or export owner information) for only the properties that you have selected in your search results. Search for listed properties priced below market value for your investor or budget-minded clients. Read on for more details.
Highlights of this release:
We have added a search filter that allows you to search for properties that have a List Price or Closed Price that is below or above the property’s estimated value (RVM or AVM). Enter an area in the search bar, choose For Sale (active and/or closed), open the advanced filters and find the Price section, then choose a percent range(s).
Price to Estimated Value %
Search for properties with a List Price below the property’s estimated value (RVM/AVM). This example shows a search for properties where the List Price is 10% to 20% below the estimated value.
Search for properties with a Closed Price above the property’s estimated value (RVM/AVM). Example below is a search for properties where the Closed Price is 10% to 20% above the estimated value.
You can sort your search results from low to high or high to low in your grid view search results. If you would like to print your search results, scroll the page to include those properties in your pdf, then click the Print link (at the top right of the page.) See how to print pages in RPR.
Mailing Labels
The latest enhancement to the mailing labels feature provides the option to only create labels for properties that you have selected in your search results. Select the boxes next to the properties that you would like to create labels for (or include in a CSV file), then click the Mailing Labels link. This option helps you manage and conserve your monthly allotment of 2,000 exported properties per month. Learn more about creating mailing labels.
Limited Results
We no longer will interrupt your work with the “Limited results“ messaging that appeared when more than 500 properties matched your search criteria. You can continue to see the number of properties returned, along with how many properties matched your search criteria, at the top left of the search results page.
