What’s New in RPR?

We have updated the names of our CMAs and added a new CMA Template to our Next Gen Report series. We have also updated our Market Activity Report filters to offer more options to see what has happened in your local real estate market. Read on to learn more about these updates and more!

CMA Updates

CMA Name Changes

We have changed the names of our CMAs. The Comparative Analysis name has changed to CMA, and the Sales Comparison Analysis name has changed to Advanced CMA. The workflow and calculations remain the same.

Either CMA can be included in a Next Gen CMA, Seller, or Buyer report template. Legacy reports allow the standard CMA to be included in the Property and Seller’s Reports and the Advanced CMA in the Valuation Workbook.

What's the Difference?

Our standard CMA has simple adjustment options and our Advanced CMA allows for greater adjustments and the ability to weight your comps.

New! – CMA Template

We added a CMA Template to our Next Gen report templates series! The CMA Template offers a comprehensive view of a property’s value and marketing position and compares similar properties with local market trends. 

First, search for your residential subject property and select CMA from the Property Information page. Next, create either a CMA or Advanced CMA, then click the Create Report button and select the CMA Template.

The CMA Template Includes: 

  • Subject Property Information

  • Property Comparisons

  • Market Trends

  • Comparable Property Stats

  • Pricing Strategy

Pricing Tools – Advanced CMA

The Advanced CMA results value has been added to the Pricing Tools section. 

Uploaded Photo - CMA

If you upload a photo to use on your report cover, the photo will also show in your CMA side-by-side comparison (Agent Selected Comps).

Market Activity Filters

Updated Market Activity Report filters offer more options for seeing what has happened in your local real estate market over time, ranging from 3 days to 12 months.

Data Updates

  • School Ratings and Reviews: The quarterly refresh of school data, provided by Niche, includes updates to school ratings and community reviews.

  • Commercial Tenant Data: This release updates tenant data for commercial properties to the latest information from SMR Research.
