What’s New in RPR?

The Seller’s Net Sheet has been updated with more automation that populates the price and offers an “Add a Loan” feature. We have added two new templates (Neighborhood and School) to our Next Gen beta report series! Updates to the Next Gen Report Editor include a new template tag that identifies which template is being used and improved report delivery options. Read on to learn more!

Seller’s Net Sheet

Improvements to our  Seller’s Net Sheet make calculating the net to seller almost effortless!

  • Price: The Price field will auto-populate with the List Price, Closed Price, or an estimated value (RVM/AVM). If you have created a CMA or used the Refine Value tool, the resulting value will take precedence and auto-populate. You can also manually enter a value.

  • Add a Loan: Our Add a Loan feature calculates a loan’s payoff balance by auto-populating information from an existing record in RPR or from information the you enter manually. Inputs are the loan amount, term, percentage rate, and origination date.

Next Gen Reports

New! – Neighborhood Template

A new Neighborhood Template has been added to our beta Next Gen Report series. The Neighborhood Template offers a comprehensive neighborhood overview highlighting market insights, home values, and economic and climate trends. 

The Neighborhood Template Includes: 

  • Housing Market Data
  • Occupational Stats

  • Employment Trends

  • Climate Conditions

  • Market Trends

  • Flood Zones

The Neighborhood Template is accessible from the Neighborhood pages, residential search results, and Market Activity search results, as well as the maps on those pages. This template is also available on the Templates page, and when Schools is enabled on the Map.

New! – School Template

A new School Template has been added to our beta Next Gen Report series. The School Template provides comprehensive school data, ratings, teacher quality, and test score analysis. You can compare enrollment, academic performance, and GPA metrics.

The School Template Includes: 

  • Key School Facts and Ratings 

  • Side-by-side District Comparisons

  • Nearby Properties 

  • Neighborhood Insights

The School Template is accessible from the School Summary page, Property Details pages (except CMA), the Map, and the Templates page.

Template Tag

We have added a tag on the right side of the Report Editor so you always know which RPR template you are working in.

Report Delivery Options 

We have changed how reports are downloaded, saved, and shared. The download, share, and save options have been separated into their own menus. 

  • Save: Save as a report draft, save changes to your custom template, or save a new custom template.

  • Share: Share your report to social media, email it to your client, or copy a dynamic link.

  • Download: View your report, then download to save to your computer files or print your report. 

Pro Tip

The content in our Next Gen Reports updates every 48 hours. If you want to keep a particular version of a report, download and save it to your computer files.

Data Updates

  • Geographic Boundaries: We have updated the geographic boundaries used on maps and in searches.This release contains updates to over 47,500 neighborhoods in 531 metro areas. This data is provided by Precisely and is updated quarterly. A few of the focus areas for this release include:

    • New Orleans, LA
    • New York, NY
    • Portland, OR
    • Santa Barbara, CA

  • Commercial Tenant Data: This release updates tenant data for commercial properties to the latest information from SMR Research and includes 12,494,757 records.

  • School Data: The quarterly refresh of school data, provided by Niche, includes updates to school ratings and community reviews.
