We have improved the Next Gen Property Flyer template to include easier customization and more photos! Based on the responses we received from our Beta Feedback button, we have also made improvements to the Buyer and Seller templates. Read on to learn about these updates and more!

Property Flyer Template

We have improved the Next Gen Property Flyer template to include easier customization and more photos! The first six listing photos will be preselected when you land on the Report Editor. You can easily deselect or select any of the listing photos. There is space for a Primary Photo and two other showcase photos at the top of the Property Flyer, plus three additional photos at the bottom.

Three more photos can be added to the bottom of the Property Flyer if the Description or Property Facts elements are deselected.

If only one listing photo is available, it will auto-fill as the Primary Photo. The two other spaces at the top of the Property Flyer will display a map with a pin indicating the property’s location. You can replace the photo or map with an available Street or Satellite photo or upload your own photos.

School Template

The filters in the Nearby Listings section of the School Template now default to up to 20 listings (Maximum Listings Displayed) within the subject school attendance zone (Within Attendance Zone). Filters can be changed to 1, 5, 10, 20, or 50 maximum listings within the attendance zone, district, or 1, 5, 10, or 20 miles.

Data Update – POIs 

This release includes the quarterly update of over 26 million Points of Interest (POI), provided by Precisely. This quarter 44,314 new POIs have been added.

POIs allow you to research what businesses and amenities are in an area, so you can help your client find the perfect home or business location.
