What’s New in RPR?

We have sunsetted our Legacy Reports. It is time to move to our dynamic, easily customized, and shared Next Gen Reports! We have made some improvements to the CMA and Neighborhood Search, updated data, and fixed a few bugs. Read on to learn more!

Goodbye Legacy Reports 

We have sunsetted our Legacy Reports. You can no longer create a Legacy Report, but your previously created reports will be available on the Legacy Reports page for 30 days from the date they were created.

We are unable to recover a report that has expired. Please download any reports that you need to retain before they expire.

This is it! It’s time to move entirely to our dynamic, easily customized, and shared Next Gen Reports! Start with an RPR Template, customize it, and save the personalized version as your own custom, reusable template to use again and again!

Every 48 hours, when the report link is clicked, a new report will be generated with updated information (such as prices, listing statuses, and public record data). Reports will be saved in RPR for one year from when the report link was last clicked.

CMA Notes

Notes added in Step 3 of a CMA will replace the Listing Description, Range, Confidence Score, Month, and Year Change on the Comp Property Details report pages.

Neighborhood Search 

The Create Report button has been added to the Neighborhood Search results page when the Within or Nearby filters are used. Before, report options were only available when the Exact filter was applied.
