What’s New in RPR?

Updates to our popular AI ScriptWriter allow you to create branded, ready-to-go Social Videos, Social Media Cards, and PowerPoint Presentations based on Market Trends or Trade Area data. We have also added a new report element and made it easier to share the Estimated Equity Report with your sellers. Read on to learn more!

AI ScriptWriter

Create branded, ready-to-go Social Videos, Social Media Cards, and PowerPoint Presentations based on Market Trends or Trade Area data in just a few minutes.

We have also added a Media Library where you can store generated scripts, as well as three new residential Tones (Encouraging, Warm and Reassuring, Direct and Bold), and one new delivery method (Export to Google Docs). 

Social Card

Create polished, professional Social Media Cards based on data from the Market Trends or Commercial Market Trends pages.

Your photo, logo, and contact information are populated from your RPR Profile, or they can be added within the workflow.

Choose from eight backgrounds and five AI-generated captions.

Save it to your Media Library (new), download it, email it, share it on Facebook or LinkedIn, or create a QR Code. 

Social Video

Generate short, professional, ready-to-go videos that showcase the data from the Market Trends or Commercial Trade area pages.

Your photo, logo, and contact information populate from your RPR Profile. Choose between two video templates, then save it to your Media Library (new), download it, email it, share it on Facebook or LinkedIn, or create a QR Code.

PowerPoint Presentation

Choose from two template designs to create ready-to-go PowerPoint Presentations that provide an overview of the data on the Market Trends or Commercial Trade Area pages. Save it to your Media Library (new), send it via email, export it to PDF, Word, or Google Docs, or copy the text outline.

Estimated Equity Report

Our Estimated Equity Report can now be shared directly from the Property Details page. Scroll to the Pricing Tools section of any residential property and click the Create Estimated Equity link. Next, add one or more loans and click the Save button. Then, click the Share or Download button.

Next Gen Reports

Your Next Gen Reports can now be accessed on your Home page, in the My Properties section. Click the View button in the Reports box to see a list of your completed and work-in-progress reports (Those in draft status are noted in red.)

An ellipsis menu is available for each report, offering options to edit, download, delete, copy a dynamic link, or share your report. Clicking on a report will open it in the Report Editor for customization.

Report Location 

The option to change a report’s subject Location when working within the Report Editor has  moved from above the Report Preview to the side panel.

A new address, MLS Listing ID, or area can be entered in the Location field to create a new report.

CMA Custom Rows

Custom rows entered in Step 1 when creating a CMA or Advanced CMA, and the dollar adjustments added to a custom row in Step 3 of the Advanced CMA, will now appear on the Comp Property Adjustment page of the Buyer, Seller, or CMA report templates.
