RPR App: AI Property Insights

Our AI Property Insights feature summarizes the information on the Property Details page, such as listing data, market trends, and points of interest, to form a Summary within seconds. The Summary allows you to quickly learn about a property and its surrounding area without reading each section of the Property Details screen, saving time.

AI Property Insights is an excellent way to create client-specific content you can easily share with your clients. The AI Property Insights feature is available for listed residential and commercial properties. 

Begin by choosing a Tone and an Audience that fits each client.

  • Tone: Conversational, Engaging, Friendly/Casual, and Professional

  • Audience (Res.): Buyers, Buyers and Sellers, Distressed Sellers, Downsizing Sellers, First-Time Homebuyers, Investors, Luxury Home Sellers, Move-up Buyers, and Sellers.

  • Audience (Com.): Buyers, Buyers and Sellers, Distressed Sellers, Investors, and Sellers

Once your Summary is complete, you can choose to listen to the Summary read aloud with each word highlighted as it is read, save the Summary as a note that can be included in your reports, copy the content for use on your website or in marketing materials, or share the Summary to all options on your phone (text, email, social media, etc.) The main property photo is included in the text when sharing by text.
