What’s New in RPR Mobile™?

Get driving directions to multiple properties from your saved properties, Search Results, or Buyer Tour to create a route from one property to the next in the order you choose. Also, check out our new Property Flyer! Read on to learn about all the changes in this release.

RPR Mobile™ App

Driving Directions (Saved Properties, Buyer Tour, Search Results)

Get driving directions to multiple properties from your saved properties list (My Saved), Search Results, and Buyer Tour. Then, choose which app you want to use to create your route. We support Google Maps, Apple Maps, and Waze.

 

Saved Properties 

Get driving directions to your saved properties (residential and commercial) or create a Buyer Tour (residential). Tap My Work in the bottom navigation, then the Select button. Choose each property individually or tap Select All. Next, reorder the properties however you like. Get driving directions to create a route from one property to the next or create a Buyer Tour.

Buyer Tour

Get directions and create a driving route for your Buyer Tour. Tap Reports in the bottom navigation, tap the 3-dot menu and choose More. Then tap the Next button, followed by Directions to create a driving route to the properties in your Buyer Tour.

Search Results 

Get driving directions to the properties in your Search Results. Pull up the handle at the bottom of your Search Results screen, tap each box to include a property, then tap View” Options. Reorder the properties in the order of your intended route, then tap the Next button and select Directions.

Next Gen Reports

New! – Property Flyer Template

We added a residential Property Flyer Template to our Next Gen report templates series. The Property Flyer is a versatile marketing tool for showcasing a property. It can be shared with buyers and sellers at open houses and property showings, on social media, and more!

  • Choose a Primary photo 

  • Add a map or 3 additional photos at the bottom of the flyer

  • Or remove the Description to add 6 additional photos

  • Choose up to 10 Property Facts

  • Create your own Headline and Price Label 

  • Display the List Price, RVM/AVM, or your CMA or Refined Value result

 To access, tap the Reports tab from Property Details, Create Report, Beta Reports, then Flyer. 

Sunsetting iOS 15

We are sunsetting support for iOS 15 and now support iOS 16 and newer. 

Data Updates

  • Flood Zones: This release updates flood zone data provided by the FEMA Map Service Center. Previously, this data was updated annually, but now it will be updated twice a year.
