What’s New in RPR Mobile™?
Updated Market Activity Report filters offer more options for seeing what has happened in your local real estate market over time, ranging from three days to 12 months. We have also added a CMA template to our Next Gen report series and fixed a few bugs. Read on to learn more!

New! – CMA Template
We added a CMA Template to our Next Gen report templates series! The CMA Template offers a comprehensive view of a property’s value and marketing position and compares similar properties with local market trends.
From the Property Details page, tap Reports in the bottom navigation to begin.
The CMA Template Includes:
Next, tap the Create Report button, Beta Reports, then CMA.
Buyer Tour Enhancements
Enhancements to the Buyer Tour help guide you through the workflow. As you review properties, each map pin is highlighted on the map, and the number of properties selected and the action required to complete the step will show at the bottom of the screen.
As you continue through the workflow, a counter will show your current progress and the number of remaining steps to complete your Buyer Tour. The Property Preview has also been improved, and selected properties are now displayed in an easy-to-review list view.
RVM® Details
A popular website feature, RVM® Details, is now available in RPR Mobile™. On the Property Details page, tap RVM® Details, then View Details to see the properties used to create a property’s RVM®.
