What’s New in RPR Mobile™?
Our new AI Property Insights feature summarizes property information like listing data, market trends, and points of interest into a client-specific shareable format. AI Property Insights
Our new AI Property Insights feature summarizes the information on the Property Details page, such as listing data, market trends, and points of interest, to form a Summary within seconds. The Summary allows you to quickly learn about a property and its surrounding area without reading each section of the Property Details screen, saving time.
AI Property Insights is an excellent way to create client-specific content you can easily share with your clients. The AI Property Insights feature is available for listed residential and commercial properties.
New! – Neighborhood Template
A new Neighborhood Template has been added to our beta Next Gen Report series. The Neighborhood Template offers a comprehensive neighborhood overview highlighting market insights, home values, and economic and climate trends. The Neighborhood Template Includes:
New! – School Template
A new School Template has been added to our beta Next Gen Report series. The School Template provides comprehensive school data, ratings, teacher quality, and test score analysis. You can compare enrollment, academic performance, and GPA metrics. The School Template Includes:
To access the new Neighborhood or School templates, tap the Reports tab from your search results or Property Details screens. Next, tap Create Report, Beta Reports, and choose Neighborhood Template or School Template from the list.
Report Delivery Options
We have changed how reports are downloaded, saved, and shared.
Pro Tip
The content in our Next Gen Reports updates every 48 hours. If you want to keep a particular version of a report, download and save it to your computer files.
Buyer Tour from Search Results
A Buyer Tour can now be created from your search results. Pull up the handle at the bottom of your search results screen to see your results in List View. Next, tap the boxes at the top left to select a property, then tap View Options at the bottom of the screen and follow the prompts.
