What’s New in RPR Mobile™?
We have added a Commercial Trade Area search, which takes you to facts and statistics that can be summarized with AI ChatGPT software. Improvements to the Next Gen Property Flyer template include easier customization and more photos! We have made it easy to see how much a listing has dropped in price and how much a property sold above or below its List Price. There are many updates in this release; read on to learn more!

Commercial Trade Area Search
We have added the Commercial Trade Area Search to RPR Mobile™ so you can research trade areas on the go! The Commercial Trade Area page shows demographic facts and stats for a chosen area, along with the area’s top socioeconomic and demographic segments (based on Esri Tapestry data).
Tap Menu in the bottom navigation, then select Commercial Trade Areas. The data will default to your location, but a search bar is available that supports searching by counties, cities, ZIPs, and neighborhoods.
Commercial ScriptWriter
The AI ScriptWriter feature, powered by ChatGPT AI software, has been added to the Commercial Trade Area and Property Details pages.
You can summarize statistics and demographic data about a trade area in a few minutes and share the content with your clients in a one-page summary, detailed report, presentation outline, or email format. Click the AI icon on the Commercial Trade Area or Property Details pages to start.
Property Flyer Template
We have improved the Next Gen Property Flyer template to include easier customization and more photos! The first six listing photos will be preselected when you land on the Report Editor. You can easily deselect or select any of the listing photos. There is space for a Primary Photo and two other showcase photos at the top of the Property Flyer, plus three additional photos at the bottom.
Three more photos can be added to the bottom of the Property Flyer if the Description or Property Facts elements are deselected.
If only one listing photo is available, it will auto-fill as the Primary Photo. The two other spaces at the top of the Property Flyer will display a map with a pin indicating the property’s location. You can replace the photo or map with an available Street or Satellite photo or upload your own photos.
School Template
The filters in the Nearby Listings section of the School Template now default to up to 20 listings (Maximum Listings Displayed) within the subject school attendance zone (Within Attendance Zone). Filters can be changed to 1, 5, 10, 20, or 50 maximum listings within the attendance zone, district, or 1, 5, 10, or 20 miles.
Buyer and Seller Template Updates
CMA: The Buyer Template now offers the same CMA elements as the Seller Template, so you can choose which template best suits your client and include your CMA.
Market Activity Filters: We have also added the market activity filters offered in the Market Activity Template to the Buyer and Seller Templates.
Estimated Equity: The Estimated Equity page is now offered as an element in the Buyer and Seller Templates.
Market Trends: Multiple metrics can now be selected in the Market Trends section to include in your Buyer or Seller report.
Sold to List Price %
Find out if a property sold below, at, or above the List Price. The Sold to List Price % is displayed in List View Search Results and on the Property Details page of closed listings.
Previous to Current List Price $
Find out how much the List Price for an active listing has been lowered or raised. If you see the price change arrow for an Active listing in your list view Search Results, tap into the Property Details to see the previous and current List Prices and the dollar amount difference between the two.
