RPR app: What is on the Home screen?

The Home screen shows Market Activity within 1/2 mile of your location (distance is changeable in your Profile/User Settings). You can access your Profile, or go to the Search or Map screens at the top of the screen. You can run reports at the bottom of the screen and see your recently viewed properties, searches, reports, and notes. This is also where you will find your saved properties and searches.

  • Nearby: The “Nearby” default radius is 0.5 miles. The radius is changeable from 0.5, 1, 2, 3, 5, to 10 miles in your User Settings. Tap the wheel at the top of your Home screen to access your User Settings.

  • Listing Counts: See listing counts for For Sale, For Lease, New For Sale, New For Lease, Recently Closed, and Distressed properties. Tap a category to see the results on a map (or list view).

  • New : You can set New Listings to 1, 3, 7, 14, or 30 days and Recently Closed to 7, 14, 30, 60, 90, 120, or 180 days in your User Settings. Tap the wheel at the top of your Home screen to access your User Settings.
