What are Walkability Scores?
Walkability Scores rate a neighborhood or ZIP for walking access to general points of interest, reflected in the overall score, plus amenities (such as retail stores) and leisure (such as restaurants and parks). Other factors considered in the scores are street types, weather, public transportation and population density. Scores provided by Precisely, and updated quarterly, range from 0-5, with 5 being the best.
Walkability Scores can be found on the Quality of Life tab on our Neighborhood pages, our legacy Neighborhood and Property reports, and our Beta Next Gen Buyer and Seller templates.
