Where can I find my reports?
If you would like to take action (post a report to Facebook, rerun a report, email a report, or delete a report), click the Reports tab, then choose any report type (any selection will take you to the Report page).
If you would like to view or save a report, click the My Work tab, then choose My Reports. This will take you to the Reports section of the Home page.
Take Action
To download a report, post a report to Facebook, rerun a report, delete a report, or see when your emailed report was last opened, click the Report tab, then select any report.
Go to the My Reports section and make a selection from the Report Options drop-down menu.
View Reports
Quickly view your reports from anywhere on the website by clicking the My Work tab, then choose My Reports.
Frequently Asked Questions
A report will be saved in RPR for 30 days. If you need a report for longer than 30 days, please save the report to your computer.
On the Report page, make sure the address or area is showing at the top of the page, then select which report you would like to create. Next, scroll down to the bottom of the page and select Email to. Enter the email address or multiple email addresses (separated by commas) in the field provided, then click the Run Report button.
See who you sent a report to and when they last opened the report on the report generation page. Go to the My Reports section, then select View Report Activity from the Report Options drop-down.
Go to the Reports page. Locate the report you would like to delete under My Reports. Under the report, click the arrow in the menu box, then select Delete Report.
Return to the Property Summary page and click Edit under Your Comp Analysis. Make changes, then click the Create Report button. On the Report page, select Property Report (click plus sign to customize), then click Run Report at the bottom of the page.
