What’s the main reason realtors live rpr compared to their mls’

I have been using RPR off and on for about 3 years. I logged in this morning to try and take it to the next level by wanting to watch some self paced videos and I instead became frustrated. You have so many options yet no clear path to follow to accomplish what I want. Your site is not at all intuitive!

Hi Terry, I sorry to hear about your recent experience. I just sent you an email to see if I can help provide any special instruction.

From the outset until the changes made this year, RPR was the best CMA program available to determine price for sellers and buyers of any residential property. Now, the changes made make it very hard to make the precise calculations needed to refine a property value in a time when the price increases have made it very difficult. I have gone back to using our MLS system to make my own adjustments, because the tools available on RPR are fewer, not more, and they do not tend to be very accurate based on comparisons I do on a regular basis

Hi Gary, I’m sorry to hear about your experience. With all the updates we did for the new RPR, we didn’t update the CMA or Refine Value, so I’m not sure what changes you are speaking about.

I would love to watch some of the getting started webinars when I have the time to. The fact that they are only given at certain times , in the middle of the day, make it virtually impossible to see them if you actually work. I wish you would change this .
