Built Around You: RPR’s CMA Template Gets a Smart Upgrade
In real estate, pricing is everything.
Nail it and you win the listing. Miss it and your client questions everything.
That’s why at RPR (Realtors Property Resource), we’re always tuning in to how REALTORS® actually work—on listing appointments, in front of clients and behind the scenes. We study the moments that matter and look for ways to make them faster, clearer and more impactful.
The result? A new generation of reports, designed not just to deliver data, but to help you present it with confidence.
Now, the CMA report (formerly known as the Valuation Workbook) joins the lineup. Whether you choose CMA or Advanced CMA, you’ll end up with the same clean, mobile-ready report built to help you price with precision and present like a pro.
CMA or Advanced CMA: What’s the Difference?
RPR has two CMA options, depending on how you like to work:
CMA |
---|
Quick, guided and flexible. Ideal for standard listings, pricing conversations or buyer consults. |
|
Advanced CMA |
---|
Built for detailed analysis. Designed for agents who want more control over every detail. |
|
Same tools you know. Same flow. Now with one clean, updated CMA Template at the end.

About the CMA Template
The new CMA template, formerly the Valuation Workbook, is now part of RPR’s full suite of Next Gen templates, all designed to deliver greater flexibility and client impact.
But here’s something important to keep in mind: not all report types show the same CMA details.
If you want to display the full valuation breakdown—complete with comp summaries, adjustments and property-level details—you’ll need to generate the CMA Report specifically.
Here’s how the CMA section varies across report types:
CMA Section | CMA Report | Buyer Report | Seller Report |
---|---|---|---|
Comp Summary and Details | Basic fields | Full property record (40+ fields) | Column 4 Value |
Comp Property Adjustments | Comp slider: Better/Same/Worse | Full field-by-field breakdown | Column 4 Value 2 |
Apply Dollar Adjustments | X | ✓ | Column 4 Value 3 |
Net/Gross Adjustments | X | ✓ | Column 4 Value 4 |
CMA Section | CMA Report | Buyer Report | Seller Report |
---|---|---|---|
Comp Summary and Details | ✓ | X | X |
Comp Property Adjustments | ✓ | X | X |
