From any property page, just select “Create Report.” You can also jump in from the top navigation bar under “Report Templates.”

• Choose the type of report you want.
• If starting from the top nav, enter your property location. If you’re already on a property, just give your report a title.
• Select Continue and a live report preview area will appear.

From there, you can tweak to your heart’s content—or not at all! The side panel makes editing a breeze: check or uncheck sections, drag and drop them into your preferred order or follow simple prompts such as “Select Photos.”

If everything looks good, just check your cover page to confirm your info. Add a personal message if you want, then hit Run Report.

And here’s the magic: you can instantly share a dynamic link that automatically refreshes every 48 hours after being clicked. Or you have the option to download a static PDF to email straight to your client. You can post either version directly to social media.
