Hi, I’m Gene Robles—an educator, real estate trainer, and proud U.S. Army veteran. I spent 28 years serving and 10 years as a Master Trainer for the U.S. Army Recruiting Command, where I learned the power of clear communication, leadership, and building strong teams. After transitioning into education and school administration, I discovered a passion for helping others grow through training and mentorship. Now, I bring that same energy into the real estate world, especially when teaching tools like RPR. I love making complex systems simple and showing agents how to turn data into smart decisions. Whether I’m leading a workshop or working one-on-one, my goal is always the same: help people succeed and make a positive impact in their communities.
