Jenea Kennedy

Jenea Kennedy is a seasoned real estate professional, educator, and industry leader with over 24 years of experience as a licensed REALTOR® and more than a decade of teaching aspiring and licensed real estate professionals across Georgia. She is a Georgia Real Estate Commission (GREC)–approved pre-license instructor and holds the title of Associate Broker.

As the founder of Crest Academy, Jenea blends her deep industry expertise with a passion for developing the next generation of real estate professionals. She offers dynamic pre-license education, post-license training, and continuing education courses that are relevant, engaging, and built around real-world application. She is also available for brokerage lunch & learns, workshops, and custom coaching experiences.

Originally from San Francisco and a graduate of Tuskegee University, Jenea began her professional career at IBM, sharpening her negotiation and sales skills in the corporate world. Her real estate career has since flourished in Metro Atlanta, where she has become known for her client-first approach, integrity, and leadership. Jenea has been honored as: Cobb County REALTOR® of the Year (2014 & 2020) Georgia Association of REALTORS® Young Professional of the Year National Leadership Academy graduate (2020 cohort) Recipient of the Pioneer Award by Tuskegee University Alumni Association

She has earned multiple industry designations including Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR) and Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist (CLHMS), and is a member of the Million Dollar Club Phoenix Level.

A lifelong learner and mentor at heart, Jenea is active on numerous real estate committees focused on professional development, diversity, and education, and is committed to helping others succeed in business and beyond.

When she’s not teaching or serving clients, Jenea devotes her time to her family, church, and civic organizations, including Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. and Jack and Jill of America, Inc.
