Robert Kozlowski
Robert Kozlowski has a career rooted in sales, education, and leadership within the real estate industry. Before transitioning into real estate, Robert was the President, CEO, and Owner of ALLPAGE, Inc., a successful retail technology company with ten offices across southeast Georgia. With a passion for teaching and mentoring, Robert has dedicated much of his career to helping others grow professionally. His background in continuing education led him to earn his Real Estate Instructor License, enabling him to teach both Salesperson Pre-License and Broker Pre-License courses. Currently serving as the Managing Broker of a large real estate brokerage, Robert is a recognized leader in the industry. He has held numerous prestigious positions, including President of his local REALTOR® Association and President of his local MLS. He is a past President of the Georgia Real Estate Educators Association and has been honored with both the Rising Star Award and the Instructor of the Year Award. Robert's commitment to professional development is reflected in his extensive involvement at the state and national levels. He served as the GAR Region 8 Director from 2021 to 2024, chairs the 2025 Georgia Instructor Training (GIT) Program, and has been an active member of the GAR Forms Committee since 2011. Nationally, he has served seven years on NAR’s Research Committee and is the 2025 Chair of the NAR National GRI Program under the Professional Development Committee. Appointed Vice-Chair of the Georgia Real Estate Educators Advisory Committee for 2025, Robert plays a key role in shaping the future of real estate education and policy. He has been instrumental in writing updated license laws and regulations for the Georgia Real Estate Commission, further demonstrating his deep commitment to elevating industry standards.
