24+ years experience in Residential Real Estate along with Small Farms, Vacant Land and Small Community Commercial. I am no longer in production, my days are spent either learning or teaching.

There are 3 Million licensed agents in the U.S. and statically 87% of those that are licensed today, will quit within the next 12 months. I know that the biggest reason is that they do not receive the skills training that they need to survive. I want to change that. It is the reason that in addition to the online courses that I offer agents so they can learn in their own time and at their own pace, I also freely teach everything I know across different medias, as well as live workshops.

I am very excited to learn and be able to teach the RPR classes because I have taught how to use RPR in very class all along. I have watched RPR get larger and more powerful, and always staying on top of the latest technology to bring it to agents that make a real difference in their businesses.
