Steve is a passionate All Star and Certified RPR real estate trainer, Broker Associate, and REALTOR® who loves helping agents grow through education and hands-on learning. Since becoming a certified RPR (Realtors Property Resource®) Trainer in 2016, he’s had the privilege of teaching and training REALTORS® across Indiana, Kentucky, Ohio, and Tennessee — from large conventions and brokerage workshops to one-on-one sessions and continuing education (CE) classes.

His focus is all about making real estate training practical, engaging, and forward-thinking. Steve teaches CE classes primarily in Kentucky and brings a strong background in professional standards, agent development, and tech-integrated learning. Always staying a step ahead, Steve holds certifications in AI Prompt Engineering and Innovative Teaching with ChatGPT from Vanderbilt University — tools he uses to keep training relevant and future-ready.
