We’ve made a list… and we’re sending it twice!

Earlier this month we let you know about some product features and updates to look forward to in 2025. We also have a mid December release to fill you in on. Apparently RPR is the gift that just keeps on givin’!

Here's what’s coming on the December 17th, 2024 release, for both the website and mobile versions of RPR:

Next Gen Reports

Trade Area Templates

As we continue to build out the Next Gen Report features, RPR Commercial is getting its own Trade Area template! This new report template will help commercial practitioners gain insights into consumer preferences, purchasing behaviors and demographic data to find the best location for a client’s business

Additional Template Elements

Additional elements have been added to the Buyer and Seller Templates so that all applicable elements are available on each report. Elements that are relevant to a buyer or a seller are pre-selected in the Customize menu for each report.

Next Gen Breadcrumbs

Now it’s easier to stay on track with the property address you’re viewing. The address or geography will carry over when users click the “View Beta Reports” or “Go to Legacy Reports” is selected.

School Reviews

RPR has removed the School "Reviews" element from both the Buyer and Seller Templates to eliminate questions about steering/fair housing.

Property Details

Snaptimate Integration

RPR has partnered with Snaptimate to offer users detailed home remodeling estimates that can be saved on the Snaptimate site and organized by client. The Snaptimate link, found in the Additional Resources section, links directly to an estimate workflow for the subject property. (Many projects are free, but some projects require a $19.99 monthly subscription.) 

Users can add multiple project estimates for the subject property and they have the option of creating a PDF report. The Snaptimate PDF report breaks down the costs of materials and labor for each part of the remodel (e.g., electrical, exterior trim, vinyl windows, plumbing, etc.)

Users can calculate estimates without creating a Snaptimate account, but to use features such as saving estimates and organizing by client, they will need to create a free account. The process is a simple one where they fill in a form with their name and email address, then see a message instructing them to check their email for an activation link.

AARP Livability™ Index Link

The Additional Resources section now includes a link to the AARP site. This link differs slightly from the existing neighborhood details link in that it passes an address instead of a ZIP code.

realtor.com Integration

A link has been added to the Profile page, allowing members to view or create a Profile on realtor.com. The link can be hidden if an ORG does not want it displayed in their members' Profiles.

Data Updates

Tenant Data

Tenant data for commercial properties has been updated to the latest information from SMR Research.

Neighborhood, ZIP Code and School Boundaries

We have updated the residential, neighborhood, school and ZIP Code boundaries used on maps and in searches. This data is provided by Precisely and is updated quarterly.

Traffic Data

The annual update of our traffic data, provided by Kalibrate, is included in this release.

Land Use Codes 

Our annual update of the standardized list of assessor land-use codes has been completed.
