Summer has officially arrived, and some of us are really feeling the heat. But we’re keeping our cool and composure at RPR and continue to provide regular updates to both the website and the mobile app. 

This month, we’re releasing a new CMA template as part of our Next Gen Report series. 

We have also updated our Market Activity Report filters to offer more options to see what has happened in your local real estate market.

Next Gen Report Updates

CMA Templates

We are excited to introduce CMA templates to the Next Gen Reports lineup! There are two types: the Comparative Analysis name has been changed to “CMA”, while the Sales Comparison Analysis has been changed to “Advanced CMA.”

These CMA Templates offer a comprehensive view of a property's value and marketing position and compare similar properties with local market trends.

Relevant report elements are included in the Property Summary, Pricing Summary and CMA sections.

CMA Photos Update

When a user uploads a cover photo, the photo will appear as the subject property photo in the CMA side-by-side comparison.

Market Activity Report Filters 

The “Date Range” in Market Activity Filters has been updated by increasing and adding additional timeframes of nine and twelve months in Market Activity Search and Market Activity Reports.

RPR Mobile^™ Updates

Buyer Tour Enhancements

Workflow enhancements have been made to the app-exclusive Buyer Tour:

• The number of properties chosen for the tour is shown at the bottom of the
  screen, instead of the number of properties in the search results.
• A counter circle now indicates which step the user is on and the total number of
  steps to complete the tour workflow.
• The map pin is now highlighted when tapped, and the format of the property preview has been changed.
• The selected properties are displayed in a list view instead of scrolling left to right.
• The action required to complete certain steps, such as “Confirm Properties” or “Pick Data”, is now shown at the bottom of the screen instead of highlighted at the top. The action for the next step is also shown in smaller text.

NEW Commercial Classes

With increasing interest in RPR Commercial, this year we added an additional Commercial class to our suite. Members can take both an introductory and advanced commercial class, and both classes are available to trainers for certification through our trainer portal.

Did you know that you can use RPR maps to:

• Calculate drive time to create a search based on a buyer's desired commute
• View traffic counts to analyze properties near roads
• Access flood zones to see how close a subject property is to a flood zone
• Identify Points of Interest (POIs) to show buyers the local restaurants and shopping centers
