Neighborhoods

The Next Gen Neighborhood Template is a perfect deliverable for REALTORS^® looking to provide comprehensive neighborhood insights. This report isn't just about data—it’s about using that data to guide informed decisions and build trust with clients. 

Trainer Tip: When teaching your class about this new template, emphasize that buyers prioritize different factors when it comes to home buying. AI Property Insight Summaries in the RPR Mobile™ App

Whether agents are working with buyers, sellers or investors, this RPR app feature delivers instant, data-driven summaries that make property analysis easier than ever.

The summary allows RPR app users to quickly learn about a property and its surrounding area without reading each section of the Property Details screen. What a time saver! Fire up the RPR app and try it out for yourself and be sure to show your students this great new tool!

Trainer Tip: When you review this new feature with your attendees, be sure they have the latest version of the RPR Mobile™ app. An app update may be required to see the new AI feature.

Canva Templates

Did you know RPR has a variety of Canva templates? These are a great way to help with sharing market trends on social media, adding checklists to listing presentations and creating open house checklists for prospective buyers. Most RPR-created Canva templates are free–users simply need to create a Canva account. You can access Canva templates from the RPR blog.
