Next Gen Report Updates

Property Flyer Template

Released just last month, the Property Flyer is getting even better! Now, two other photos in addition to the Primary photo can be showcased at the top of the flyer. 

Also of note, the “Headline” area has moved below the Primary photo, and the Additional Property Information section in the Report Editor Customize menu has moved directly below the Primary Image section for easier photo selection.

Buyer Template

All CMA elements have been added to the Buyer Template and they are all unselected by default.

Buyer and Seller Template: Market Activity

The Market Activity filters have been updated in the Buyer and Seller Templates to match those available in the Market Activity Template.

Market Activity Template

The Property Details heading in the Market Activity Template has been renamed “Market Activity Breakdown.” The elements offered, which include a map, property features table and property description, remain the same.

School Template

The default selections for the Listing Filters in the School Template “Nearby Schools” section have been changed:

• Nearby Listings drop-down menu defaults to “Within Attendance Zone” instead of “Within 5 Miles”
• “Maximum Listings Displayed” drop-down menu now defaults to 20, instead of 10.
  

RPR Mobile^™

The same fixes and changes for Next Gen Reports have also been applied to the RPR app. However, there’s also some big Commercial Trade Area news for the app!

Commercial Trade Area Search

We have added the Commercial Trade Area Search to the Menu tab in the bottom navigation. Users simply have to tap “Menu”, then select Commercial Trade Areas. It will default to their location and a search bar is available that supports searching by counties, cities, ZIPs and neighborhoods.

Commercial Trade Area: AI ScriptWriter

New! The AI ScriptWriter feature has been added to the Commercial Trade Area section on Property Details and the Commercial Trade Area page.

under “Basic Facts” and in the “How this Trade Area Compares” section.

Searching for Condos by Street Name 

Sometimes locating a specific unit in a condominium complex can be a bit tricky. Building numbers or unit numbers can make it difficult to find an exact property. Instead of including the unit number in the search, try starting with the full street name. From the RPR Location bar search, type in the Street Name, City and ZIP to get all the properties on that street.
