Hello! Summer is right around the corner. And with the selling season in full swing, we’ve got some excellent RPR updates to fill you in on. Plus, a really well-produced video on how REALTORS^® can showcase their value, with data-backed resources from RPR.

Here’s what was introduced, added (and brought back) to RPR on May 29th, 2024…

RPR Website

Top Navigation tabs

The tabs in the Top navigation area of the RPR website, which include Home, Research, Marketing, Reports, Help, Learn, My Work and Profile, have been improved. These updates include: 

• Arrows to indicate a menu exists
• Underlines to show the tab in use
• Help has moved before Learn
• Fonts that are darker and easier to read

Property Details: Estimated Loan Balance

We’ve added a new Estimated Loan Balance section to our Sales and Financing Chart in every Property Details page. This chart will now display an estimated loan balance when the deed, original mortgage amount and interest rate are available.

Reports: Custom Market Activity Reports

Custom Market Activity reports are making a comeback! This popular feature was not available for quite some time, but RPR is reintroducing it due to popular demand. 

Both RPR users and staff have asked for its return, and we’re delivering. Users can once again draw an area on the map and run a Market Activity report for their custom-drawn area.

RPR Mobile™

Improvements to Buyer Tour

• When choosing properties to include in a Buyer Tour, the map pin will change to a new one (light blue with a white checkmark) to indicate that the property has been added.
• The initial search criteria will carry over to the Buyer Tour workflow.
  

Improvements to CMA

• When choosing properties to include in a CMA, the map pin will change to a new one (light blue with a white checkmark) to indicate that the property has been added.
• When a member finishes adding comps and navigates to step 4 of the CMA workflow, the comps in the side-by-side comparison will display the following new fields:
  • List Price
  • Status Date
  • Days in RPR
  • HOA Dues
  • HOA2 Dues
• Delete CMA (Pricing Tools): The Pricing Tools section now offers the option to "Delete" a CMA so members can easily start over.

This confidence-building video lays out all the reasons why agents should use RPR to win new clients and close current deals. It highlights why RPR is a trusted source of real estate and property data and how agents can harness that data to get more done, more efficiently. And at only 2:20 in length, it’s a great ice-breaker for you to share before training sessions.
