This month’s release is all about transformation—from the full transition to Next Gen Reports to the launch of powerful new mobile AI features that make pricing, property insights and presentation a breeze. 

It’s also a time to give thanks to our valued RPR Certified Trainers and our Education Directors, who help agents learn how to use RPR to its fullest.

RPR Website Updates

Legacy Reports Sunset

They have served us well, but it’s time to bid a fond farewell to our Legacy Reports. We have now moved entirely to our dynamic, easily customizable Next Gen Reports! 

Users can no longer run Legacy Reports, but they can access reports previously created on the Legacy Report page for 30 days. The Legacy Report page has been modified to include only previously created reports, along with a link to the Next Gen Report Templates page. There is also messaging on the page about the reports expiring in 30 days, encouraging users to download reports if they need to be kept longer.

Neighborhood Search

Report options (Market Activity, Neighborhood, My Templates, RPR Templates) have been added to the Neighborhood Search results page when the Within or Nearby filters are used. Before, the report options were only available when the Exact filter was applied.

RPR Mobile^™ Updates

AI Mobile CMA Beta (Buyer, Seller)

It’s here! We’ve added an easy-to-use CMA (in Beta) that leverages AI to provide reliable pricing strategies and price assessments using comp data, market trends and comp stats, tailored for either a Buyer or a Seller. Here’s a look at what the user experience workflow will entail…

The Edit Comps screen, the first screen in the process, contains Subject Property details and a list of system-chosen comps and their respective Scores displayed from highest to lowest. Some comps are preselected, but can be deselected, and others can be selected, up to 20 in total.

Users can tap a Score to see similarities and differences between the comp and the Subject Property and other additional notes. The Score Legend uses a background color to indicate how similar the comp is to the Subject Property. Tap the Score Legend link to see this information.

Tapping View Details opens a condensed version of the regular Property Details, with a side-by-side comparison view of the Subject Property and the comp (Property Fact Comparison) and Score Details. You can also add a comp property note here.

Options in the bottom navigation allow you to edit the Subject Property facts (Edit Subject), add a known property as a comp (Add Property) and change the scoring (Comp Scoring) by ranking the property features (proximity, beds, lot size, etc).

On the Pricing/Offer Strategies screen (second screen), the user can choose between multiple AI-generated values. Or the user can enter their own value and price rationale (Custom Price). Tapping View More provides details of the pricing rationale.

The CMA Summary, the third screen, displays a wealth of detailed information, such as:
-Pricing
-AI Summary
-Seller or Buyer Psychology
-Potential Outcomes
-AI Strategy Opinion
-Comps Summary
-Side-by-Side Comparison
-Comps Stats

The AI Buyer and Seller CMAs created in RPR Mobile™ can be viewed, shared and deleted from the My Reports page on the website. However, at this time, the AI Buyer and Seller CMAs cannot be created or edited on the website.

The Property Flyer

Want to easily identify off-market properties in the RPR app? Turn on “All Properties" from the “More” icon on the home screen’s map view. You can also use the “More” icon to turn on the parcel boundaries. Once activated, you can zoom into any property on the map. Once the gray property indicator appears, you can click on it to view the property details for both on- and off-market properties.
