We have a new release today, and with Legacy Reports sunsetting on November 4th, Next Gen Reports are taking center stage. And with NAR NXT just around the corner, there’s plenty to keep trainers and users engaged.

Add in the brand-new AI ScriptWriter outputs and the exciting debut of the AI CMA on the RPR app on November 4th, and you’ve got a lineup that’s anything but slowing down. Keep reading to see what’s new, what’s changing and what’s coming soon.

RPR Website Updates

Next Gen Reports

Location Tab
The option to change the Location (address or area) on the Report Editor has moved
from above the Report Preview to the side panel as a tab and has replaced the Profile
tab. The option to change a report title remains above the Report Preview.

Create Report Button - Market Trends Details Page 
A "Create Report" button has been added to the Market Trends Details page (and its
map), which can be reached via the Residential Market Trends Search. Users can now also create a Market Activity or Neighborhood report or access RPR and their custom
Templates.

Estimated Mortgage Report 
Estimated Mortgage Reports created in RPR Mobile™ can now be viewed and shared
from the My Reports page on the website. However at this time, the Estimated Mortgage Report cannot be created or edited on the website.

CMA/Advanced CMA - Subject Property Value 
We have updated the logic that determines the value displayed for the Subject Property in the Comp Property Summary and Comp Property Adjustments (side-by-side comparison) displayed in the Buyer, Seller or CMA Template.

When the Subject Property is identified as:

• Public Record: A dash (-) will be displayed.
• For Sale: The List Price or Range will be displayed.
• For Lease: The Lease Price or Range will be displayed.
• For Sale Closed: The Closed Price will be displayed.
• For Lease Closed: The Leased Price will be displayed.
• For Sale and For Lease, Active or Closed: The For Sale or For Sale Closed Price will be displayed.

Home > My Properties > Reports 
Next Gen Reports have replaced Legacy Reports in the Reports section on the Home
page. An ellipsis menu is available for each report, offering the same options as those
on the My Reports page, which allow the member to edit, download, share or delete a
report. Reports in Draft status are flagged with the word “Draft” in red. If a user

clicks on a report, the report is opened in the Report Editor.

New AI ScriptWriter Output Options

Market Trends and Commercial Trade Area AI ScriptWriter 

New output options have been added to our popular AI ScriptWriter. Users can now create branded, ready-to-go social videos, social media cards and PowerPoint presentations based on Market Trends or Trade Area data in just a few minutes.

• Social video: A short, professional, ready-to-go video that showcases the data from the Market Trends or Commercial Trade area pages. The agent's photo, logo and contact information populate from the member’s RPR Profile. Members can choose between two video templates, then save it to their Media Library (a new feature), download it, email it, share it on Facebook or LinkedIn, or create a QR Code.
• Social media card: A polished, professional social media graphic that showcases key details and demographics from the Market Trends page or Commercial Market Trends pages. The agent's photo, logo and contact information are populated from the member’s RPR Profile, or they can be added within the workflow. Members can choose from eight backgrounds and five AI-generated captions, then save it to their Media Library, download it, email it, share it on Facebook or LinkedIn, or create a QR Code.
• PowerPoint Presentation: Users can choose from two template designs to create a ready-to-go PowerPoint presentation that provides an overview of the data on the Market Trends or Commercial Trade Area pages, including their contact information.

Users can also now save these outputs to their Media Library, share the text outline by copying the text, sending it via email, or exporting it to PDF, Word or Google Docs. Additionally, we have added a Media Library to store generated scripts, as well as three new residential Tones (Encouraging, Warm and Reassuring, Direct and Bold), and one new delivery method (Export to Google Docs).

Next Gen Reports

Estimated Equity Report 
We have updated the Estimated Equity Report to include the same Download and Share options as the other Next Gen Report templates. The Estimated Equity Report is still generated from the Property Details page, just like the Seller’s Net Sheet and Tenant Data Reports. The Report Editor is not part of their workflow, and it is not offered on the Templates page.

We have also added an Estimated Property Equity report element to the Seller and CMA templates, which is the same Estimated Equity Report.

View On and Off Market Parcels in RPR Mobile

Want to easily identify off-market properties in the RPR app? Turn on “All Properties" from the “More” icon on the home screen’s map view. You can also use the “More” icon to turn on the parcel boundaries. Once activated, you can zoom into any property on the map. Once the gray property indicator appears, you can click on it to view the property details for both on- and off-market properties.
