Happy Spring, RPR Trainers! This month’s update is focused on the RPR Mobile^™ app.

Just in time for the spring market, we will be adding Market Trends to the app. This will make it easier to see local market statistics on the go!

Market Trends are scheduled to be added to the app on or about March 22, which coincides with the first full day of spring. 

Market Trends on the RPR Mobile^™ App!

From the bottom of the Home Screen, a new Market Trends icon will appear.

From there, the user will have access to a variety of market statistics, similar to the Market Trend tools on the RPR website.

The chart options will include:

• New Listings
• Active Listings
• New Pending Listings
• Pending Listings
• Sold Listings
• Sold Public Records
• Months Supply of Inventory
• Median Estimated Property Value 

Users will be able to view a variety of metrics for all property statuses and property types. And filters will allow users to break down statistics by individual property types as well. 

And markets can be saved by tapping the heart.

• Users will be able to easily search within School Zones
  • From the Search screen, type in the name of the school and a list of options will appear
• A Seller’s Net Sheet has been added to the Property Details page
• More details on a property’s tax history will display
• The Google street view is now ‘panable’ so users can look around the property a bit more

Later this year, Market Trends will be easily shareable from both the RPR website and the RPR Mobile^™ App. This will make posting market updates to social media easier than ever. And texting charts directly to clients from the app will be a snap. Stay tuned!  

Also later this year, we’ll be updating our suite of class materials for trainers.
