As we make our way into fall, it’s also the season for a few RPR site enhancements. They are coming to RPR on October 25th. Here are a few top highlights of the release: 

Risk Factor and Rental Beast - Two new integrations

Both of these integrations can be found in the Additional Resources section of each property on the website and in the app. 

Risk Factor^TM assesses a property’s risk from floods, wildfires, hurricane wind and extreme heat. Members can view estimated costs to rebuild or repair, annual A/C energy consumption and emissions, anticipated depth of flooding, and other details. Basic information is available at no charge, and additional details are available with a paid subscription.

Rental Beast is a tenant screening platform. It allows REALTORS^® to email a link to potential renters or add the link to their For Lease listings posted to social media or their website. Interested applicants click the property-specific link, pay a fee, and then fill out a rental application.

Multiple Suite Listings

In Commercial, for properties with multiple suite listings, those listings will now appear in the Available Space section. They will be hot linked so the user can quickly navigate to the details for each suite.

Agent Info

A new Agent Info section contains agent contact information, brokerage information, and Agent Remarks. The buyer’s agent information will also show on closed listings in Mobile.

Reordering Sections

Users can now customize the order of each section on the property details screen. So the sections they use most often can be moved to the top for easier viewing.

Owner Facts

In both Residential and Commercial, the Owner Facts section has been redesigned to display the years owned and occupied status prominently.

Basic Facts

The Year Built has been added to the Basic Facts.   

Creating a Contact

A user will be prompted to create a contact in their phone when entering a recipient's email address on the report delivery screen.

Multiple Listings Section

The Multiple Listings section contains multiple on-market listings and a link to view each listing (same as the website).

Investment Details

A new Investment Details section has been added to the Property Details page and will include the same details found on the website. 

Property Features

The data from the Interior and Exterior Features sections have been consolidated into a new section named Property Features. 

Available Spaces

The Unit and Suites sections on lease listings have been renamed “Available Spaces.” This section shows other units within the property that are available for lease. Tapping the newly added Listing ID link will open the listing.

New AI Script Writer Class

A new class called “We Write, You Share. RPR’s Easy-to-Use AI Tools” was recently added to the RPR Trainer Certification site. It walks through the various features of the Market Trends ScriptWriter tool and provides guidance on how to share the market trend analysis with clients and customers.  Click here to access the class.
