With 15+ years in education and nearly a decade in real estate, she blends her classroom experience and business savvy to empower agents to lead with confidence. Shelyna is the founder of The Tinglin Group and Real Estate Mastery Academy, where she’s trained thousands of agents to thrive in a competitive market and build lasting relationships with our clients.
Award Winning Leadership Shelyna was named the 2024 Texas State Educator of the Year and is a proud alumna of the prestigious Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses program. She serves on the Board of Directors for the Collin County Area Realtors and the National Association of Real Estate Brokers, a proud Realist. A trusted voice in the industry, Shelyna teaches courses and designations, speaks at real estate, business, and ministry conferences, and leads with passion, professionalism, and purpose.
Service, Strategy, and Impact Beyond the classroom and the closing table, Shelyna is a mentor, speaker, and advocate for equity in housing and entrepreneurship who travels throughout the world speaking into the lives of others. She volunteers with Junior Achievement of Dallas, City House, Plano, and is a proud member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc., and the National Coalition of 100 Black Women. She also serves as an ordained Minister in her church, where she leads an entrepreneur bible study group.
