Greetings, RPR Trainers!

Welcome to a new year and new RPR enhancements coming your way soon! We have improvements coming to both our website and our mobile app.  

• Larger Photo
• Basic Facts more prominently displayed
• Improved display of RVM Estimated Range and Confidence Score
• Refined Value and CMA link moved to the new Pricing Tools card

• And a more prominent display of last sold price for Off Market Properties

A new Pricing Tools Card has been added to the Property Information page. It includes links to:

• The Refined Value Tool
• CMA Tools
• Seller Proceeds Form
• Also includes the list price (active properties) or the most recent sold price (off market properties) and the RVM

• The “About this Data” link has been replaced with an italicized ‘i’
• The date has been moved from the bottom of the chart to the top
  • REMINDER: These charts are updated monthly (5-7 days after the first of the month)

• From the home search screen, users can now more readily search for properties based on school attendance
• Typing in the name of a school will display the top 4 results for the user to select from 

• Adding a search bar to the search results screen
  • Saves the user from having to go back to the home screen to start a new search
• Moving the Sort and Filters options from the bottom of the screen to the top     

• When moving the map, the user will no longer need to click "Redo Search in this Area"
• The app will automatically search the new map area and will maintain the select filters 

• Additional Basic Facts
  • More detail will now be displayed below the price section, including Listing ID, Days in RPR, HOA information and previous sold price
• Map Actions    
  • The Map Action options will now be usable from the Property Details page
  • When the user clicks ‘Enlarge Map’, the Map options menu will appear                        
  • A new Map Action labeled “All Properties,” which automatically renders all property pins when users zoom in on the map

• Adding Real Time Google Traffic as an option under Traffic on the Map Tool

• Previous Listing IDs
  • Previous listing IDs will now be clickable from the Prior Sales Transactions section
• CMA
  • The search bar will now display on the CMA screen
  • The Add Known Comp option will now only appear on Step 4 - Confirm Comps
  • From the Add Known Comp screen, a user will now also be able to search by neighborhood, zip code or city
• Buyer Tour
  • The search bar will now display on the Buyer Tour page
  • To avoid redundancy, the Add Known Comp option will now only appear on Step 3 - Confirm Properties
• Financing Information
  • Adding a Financing Information Section
