Easy-to-Share Market Trends!

Get ready to post, email and text market updates to clients and customers. It's as easy as 1-2-3. Just look for the Share button on the Market Trends pages.

Locating Market Trends in RPR

From the RPR website, it will now be easier than ever to access Market Trends statistics: 

• From the Research Dropdown menu on the home page, select Market Trends
• Type in a city, town, zip code or neighborhood
  • Reminder: When looking at Market Trends at the neighborhood level, data will not populate if there is not enough recent sales and listing activity to generate information. If you don’t see data, choose a broader geographical area.
    

• Market Trends will also now be available from the Map

• Reminder: Market Trends are also available from the Property Details page (under the Market Trends and Neighborhood/Housing tab.)

On the website, Market Trends and statistics will be easily shareable to:

• Facebook
• Twitter
• LinkedIn

TIP: Customize the Chart Title and Subtitle

Additional Residential Real Estate Indicators on the Website

• New Color Coding for Data Layers on the Map
• Easier to read
• More granular ranges make information more useful
• Metrics include:
  • Median Estimated Property Value
  • 12-Month Change Estimated Value

  • Median List Price

Market Trends on the RPR Mobile^™ App:

• There is also a Market Trends icon on the bottom of the home screen
• Statistics can easily be shared to social media or texted to a client or customer

On the RPR Mobile App, Market Trends and statistics will be easily shareable to:

• Facebook
• Twitter
• Linkedin
• Instagram

Keeping potential clients and customers updated on market trends is a great way to prospect! And for current clients, these statistics help buyers and sellers understand the realities of the current market dynamics.
