AI chatter is everywhere… including RPR! With it, we’re making it easier than ever for agents to share their market expertise. Our new RPR Market Trends ScriptWriter feature, powered by ChatGPT, is coming to RPR Residential on June 14th.  

We also have some nice enhancements coming to RPR Commercial and the RPR Mobile^™ app. 

RPR’s new Market Trends ScriptWriter tool takes Market Trends statistics and creates text to help explain the data to clients and customers. It’s a great prospecting and farming tool! 

There are various options that can be mixed and matched to create unique content for emails, social media posts and online videos. After navigating to the Market Trends page, there are five quick steps to create content:

1. On the Market Trends page, there will be a link that says “Create Script.”

2. The user will select from 3 tones: Professional, Engaging or Conversational.

3. Next, the user will select the audience: Buyers and Sellers, Buyers or Sellers.

4. The next step in the workflow is to select a Video Script, a Social Campaign or Analyze Metrics: 

5. The result is text that agents can easily incorporate into marketing messages or social media posts. This will show off their local market knowledge with clients and prospects. 

The text can easily be cut and pasted or emailed to the agent to use as they see fit.

An array of new datasets will now appear on Commercial properties.

Basic Facts - New fields include:

• General Use
• Property Use
• Overall Use
• Multi Parcel Property
• Number of Tenants
• Avg Time Tenants in Business

Owner Facts -  New fields include:

• Contact Title
• Contact Name
• Multi-Parcel ID Address
• Multi-Parcel ID Owner & Address
• Number of Tenants

NEW - Financial Details Section 

Additional Commercial Enhancements

• Property Features - Building Sq. Ft. has been added

The RPR Mobile™ app will have many improvements, making it more user friendly than ever!

• New Media Viewer
  A new media viewer will make it easier to navigate between photos and the satellite/street/map views as well 3D tours. (In a future release, the user will be able to zoom in on photos.)
• Property Summary 
  The property summary details will be reorganized into three rows and the text size is larger.
• Basic Facts
  A new Basic Facts section will be added below the property summary.
• Pricing Tools
  A new Pricing Tools section will be added below the Property Facts that includes the CMA tool and Seller’s Net Sheet.
• Additional Resources
  There will be links to Valuate^® and ShowingTime in the Additional Resources section.
