As summer comes to an end, RPR enhancements continue in full force! Our next release is scheduled for September 6. Below is a summary of what you can expect on both the website and in the mobile app.

Shortcuts/Guided Tours

The section previously named “Shortcuts” will now be called “Guided Tours”. The options have also been updated. Guided Tours will provide users with step-by-step instructions on how to use specific RPR tools and features.

New Map/Location Page

A new option has been added to the navigation bar on the Property Information page called Map/Location.

• Opens a new version of the Property Information map that includes a full search bar, property address and navigation bar

Refined Value - Override Option

A new option has been added to allow the “Value change from basic facts” to be overridden in the Basic Facts section of the Refined Value page.

• This enables the member to adjust the outcome when the automated value is not what the member expected.
• We have also added a “Value Change” column that shows the dollar amount added or subtracted for each basic fact altered.
• The values in the Your Change column are not editable, and they do not show in RPR Reports. 

Enlarged Photos

The expanded Photos view has been enlarged. 

Navigating Listing Photos

Users will now have the ability to move to the previous or next listing photo with the keyboard left/right keys while on the Property Information page or within the expanded listing photos screen.

Updated Trade Area Layout

The Trade Area Information page has been redesigned. All the data offered remains the same.

Commercial Tenant Data Updated

The site has been updated with the latest tenant data from SMR Research.

New Mortgage Calculator

A mortgage calculator will now be available. A one page report can be generated and shared with clients. 

New Estimated Equity Calculator

A new equity calculator has been added to the Pricing Tools section of residential properties.

• Calculate the equity of a client’s property.
• Create a one-page report.
• The estimated equity amount will show within its tile, like the CMA, Seller’s Net Sheet and Refined Value tiles.      

The Mortgage Calculator results and Estimated Equity are not included in RPR reports. 

Zoom in on Photos

Users will now be able to zoom in on photos in landscape mode.    

Refined Value Tile

A Refined Value created on the website can now be viewed within the Pricing Tools section on the mobile app. 

Additional Resources - Partner Links

Links to our partner integrations listed below have been added to the Additional Resources section.

• Land Broker MLS, Climate Check, Down Payment Resource, Crexi, ICSC, Brevitas, Commercial Exchange 

Market Trends - Copy to Clipboard

When the “Copy” button is selected, the bar below it will change to “Copy to Clipboard” so members realize they need to click it to copy the image.
