The year’s winding down, the lights are twinkling and 2025 is taking its final bow… but RPR updates are still going strong!

This month brings fresh tools to close out the year with clarity, including a new NAR Market Statistics dashboard link, a streamlined Market Trends Report template and major improvements to CMA comp comparisons. Plus, the mobile app continues to level up with an enhanced Buyer Tour and new AI CMA options.

RPR Website Updates

New NAR Integration:

Metro Market Statistics Dashboard

We’ve added a link to the NAR REALTOR.org website that takes RPR users (NAR Members) to a dashboard displaying housing, demographic, economic and affordability statistics. 

Once clicked, users must enter their M1 ID and password to enter. The link is available on the website (not mobile), on the Residential Market Trends page. MLSs have the option of opting out of displaying the link to their subscribers.

Market Trends Template

We’re not quite done adding new templates to our Next Gen Reports! 

Introducing a Market Trends Report template: a quick and easy way to showcase only Residential Market Trends data in report form. The only other report elements offered in this template are the Cover Page, Photos, Custom Pages and the About RPR page. 

CMA Comp Property Adjustments: Single Page Side-by-Side Comparison

This is a huge upgrade for our users! And also a much-asked for improvement that we are happy to offer. Each property in the side-by-side comparison will now be displayed on a single page (unless the user has added notes in Step 3 of the CMA).

To make this improvement possible, we’ve reduced the number of rows in the Description to eight. The number of properties per page remains the same: the subject property and three comps. 

Legacy Report Access Removed

We have officially said “Farewell” to RPR Legacy Reports! 

The link to the Legacy My Reports page has been removed from the Reports tab, so users will no longer be able to access this page. So have all references on the site and the app to “Legacy Reports.”

RPR Mobile^™ Updates

AI Mobile CMA Beta From Search Results

An option to create an AI CMA from user-selected comps in their Search Results has been added to the Search Results page. 

New Market Trends Template

The new Market Trends Report template has also been added to RPR Mobile™. 

Updated Buyer Tour

We’ve updated the Buyer Tour in the RPR app to the Next Gen Report template format. The following enhancements have been applied: driving directions, a QR code and a feedback form have been added. Also, the Notes section is now limited to 500 characters to prevent design issues.

RPR Mobile™: Activating Parcel Boundaries

This is a great way to visually break apart the property lines in the RPR app. From the Home screen, select the more icon and activate “Parcels” to view parcel boundaries. Once activated the purple boundaries will appear based on your Zoom level. You can also select “All Properties” to view both on market list prices, recently sold prices and off market RVMs.
