As we begin the countdown to sunsetting Legacy Reports, Next Gen is ready to take center stage. RPR Website Updates

Seller’s Net Sheet Template

The Seller's Net Sheet has been updated to the Next Gen Report template format, which includes the same Download and Share options as the other Next Gen Report templates. However, the workflow is the same.

Two key differences between the Seller's Net Sheet and other Next Gen report templates are that the Report Editor is not a part of its workflow, and it is not offered on the Templates page.

Tenants Template

We’ve also updated the Tenants report to the Next Gen Report template format, which includes the same Download and Share options as the other Next Gen Report templates. Again, the workflow has not changed.

Two key differences between the Tenants report and other Next Gen report templates are that the Report Editor is not a part of its workflow, and it is not offered on the Templates page.

Commercial Trade Area Info Bubbles

The info bubble information has been updated for the Unemployment Number, Employment Number and Unemployment Rate charts found in the Economy tab under Demographics Facts and Stats.

• Unemployment Number: This chart shows the number of civilian unemployed people in an area, compared with other geographies.
• Employment Number: This chart shows the number of civilian employed
  people in an area, compared with other geographies.
• Unemployment Rate: This chart shows the unemployment trend in the
  area of your search. The unemployment rate can be an important driver behind
  the housing market.

RPR Mobile^™ Updates

The Seller’s Net Sheet Template and Tenant Report updates made to the website also have been applied to the RPR Mobile™ app.

Data Updates: POIs and Geographic boundaries
This release includes the quarterly update of over 28 million Points of Interest (POIs), provided by Precisely.

We have updated the residential, neighborhood and ZIP Code boundaries used on maps and in searches. This data is provided by Precisely and is updated quarterly.
