Everything You Need to Know About Accessing and Using Next Gen Reports

The new reporting interface includes the following templates:

Residential:

  • Buyer Template
  • Seller Template
  • CMA Template
  • Market Activity Template
  • Neighborhood Template
  • School Template
  • Property Flyer

Commercial:

  • (Single) Property Report
  • Trade Area Template
  • Site Selection

Beginning October 13th, REALTORS® can access the Beta reports from the top navigation bar under “Reports,” then select “Beta Report Templates.” Alternatively, they can access reports from a property’s details page by selecting “Create Report” and then choosing a Beta template. This provides direct access to the new customizable features.

Once the report is generated and shared via a link, that link will produce a PDF report every time it’s clicked. If 48 hours have passed since the last click, the report will be re-generated with the latest data instead of displaying the previously generated PDF. This ensures clients are always seeing the most up-to-date information without the need to manually refresh or send new links.

Use the “Feedback” button within the Reports section to share your thoughts and suggestions.
